The spring and one of the cables on my garage door broke late in the afternoon, leaving us unable to use the door effectively. I was able to easily schedule a repair call for the following afternoon during a convenient window. The technician, Rafael, was very good about calling and texting to let me know that he was on the way to the house. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed what needed to be done and clearly communicated the repair cost. He was very professional and efficient. He even took the time to adjust the door, lubricate the moving parts and ensure that everything was working properly before he left. I was very pleased with the work and his overall attitude. Johnny was amazing! He came out, assessed the garage, and gave me a quote right away. Since we were working through my landlord, we needed approval first, and Johnny was very professional and patient throughout the process. He explained the pros and cons of having one spring versus two springs and worked well with my landlord regarding payment and the repair options.
Once everything was approved, Johnny got right to work, and now everything is back to normal. My garage is working properly again, and I can finally park my car inside before it hails.

This company is by far the best I’ve ever used for my Liftgate fence repair. My 7 month old puppy chewed through the wires of my gate and Ian came out first thing Monday morning, located the issue within minutes, and had it repaired 15 minutes later. These guys showed up and got straight to work. They had the two batteries needed for the gate opener with them in order to get the work done. To our surprise the electronic board was also fried. They have it at the shop and put me first on the list for the next day to get our gate working . Very nice, professional and timely.

Needed some general maintenance on chain and loose brackets and it was recommended that my 22 year old garage door opener really needed to be replaced. It would be better in the long run

Arthur was able to come service our door and fix it all within 2 hours. I backed into the door and knocked it off track causing damage to some of the pins and the aesthetic of the door. He called when he was on his way giving an ETA. Showed up on time and introduced himself with a handshake. Overall he was pleasant to work with and was able to fix our door in under an hour. He recommended we upgrade the pins so they don’t fall off track in the future. We’re all set, thanks Arthur!

My garage door broke around 7PM. I could not close it and was concerned about it being opened overnight. Garage Tec sent Gadiel out and he had the whole thing fixed in under an hour. He did a great job and I recommend him.

Michael and Arthur did excellent job, emergency couldn't close my garage. The fixed it quickly but charged WAY to much for a simple fix. I payed it so I could close and lock my garage, but will not use again. Quality work for sure. Not worth the cost.

Luis and Jose came out promptly. They were on time and very efficient. Jise did a fantastic job rewelding the broken plate to my gate and touched it up with paint. Luis explained a few other issues and fixed them quickly. He showed me how to reprogram the remotes while he was at it.
